  • Individual members of ICOPLAST / AASMA / EPSS will require to verify using their membership number. Only paid members will be able to avail these rates
  • ICOPLAST / AASMA / EPSS Member Associations will require to verify using their affiliated association name. To avail the rate, you would need a fully paid membership and the unique code which will have been provided to your association.
  • Non-Members are fully paid participants who do not have an ICOPLAST affiliation
  • Students are requested to upload a valid student ID (that has to be valid at the time of the congress)
  • Accompanying Persons - A participant can register up to two accompanying persons via the congress registration system. The fee for accompanying persons does NOT include admission to the sessions
  • Accredited Press - Members of the press must submit a request for press credentials to cover ICOPLAST 2023 in Dubai, UAE. All requests will be reviewed by the Congress Secretariat and submitting a request does not guarantee credentials will be granted. Once approved, press will have to upload a valid government- or company-issued Press Card/Press Credential or provide other documentation proving their status as "Working Press" or "Media" as part of the registration process
  • Group Registrations – For group registrations, a minimum of 10 participants is required. Please note that the same registration fees apply as for individual registrations. If you wish to register a group, please make sure that you can provide the personal email addresses of all individuals for follow-up on their registration, including for communicating access to abstracts, biographies and presentations. You will receive an automatically generated email/invoice acknowledging the submission of your registration and confirming your payment. If you do not receive this, please email [email protected]

Full payment in AED is required at the time of registration, without any deduction for any currency conversion, VAT, bank charges or any other transaction charges. Your registration will only be complete when the specified fee is credited or received in full.

Accepted Credit Cards: MasterCard and Visa. The fees will include our credit card charges for accepting the credit card payment.

  • Cancellations and request for cancellations must be notified in writing to the ICOPLAST 2023 Conference Secretariat to [email protected]
  • Cancellations on or before January, 30th 2023 will be processed after a deduction of 25% which is to cover our administration costs, bank charges and cancellation charges of external suppliers.
  • Cancellation before 29th March 2023 will be 50%
  • Cancellations after 30th March 2023 will forfeit the entire fee.

1) Refund Policy for cancellations received till 29th March 2023, will be settled directly with the conference attended by mode of payment that was done either bank transfer OR Credit Card, 60 days post the event dates (10th July 2023).
